| Third VUELCO Short Course, Olot, Spain, 2015 VUELCO Short Course, Olot, Girona 20-25 September 2015 The third and final VUELCO short course was held in Olot, near Girona where the team and delegates of the course were able to visit the Garrotxa volcanic zone situated in North-Eastern Spain. There are about 40 volcanoes in the Natural Volcano Park, the last eruption was around 11000 years ago. The Garrotxa field is a monogenetic volcano field. The following images were taken during the field trip to Bosc de Tosca, Castell- follit and Croscat. There are also images of lectures and networking during lunch. |
